Ruth Elizabeth Parker, 91, of Lititz, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at UPMC Pinnacle Lititz.

She was born in Bellvue, CO, to the late John Anderson and Maude Belle (Pomeroy) Mapes and was the wife of the late Ralph L. Parker who died in 2001.

Ruth had worked for the Boeing Corp. in Seattle, WA, prior to working for the Watt and Shand Dept. Store in Lancaster. She enjoyed reading, gardening and sewing as hobbies.

Ruth is survived by a son, Ray T. Middleton of Lititz, a daughter, Bonnie Jean Myers-Trout and husband Rev. Dennis Trout of Denver; 3 grandchildren, Kevin Myers and wife Nicole of Ephrata, Karen and husband Michael Myers of Newtown, PA, and Sheena Middleton of California; 6 great-grandchildren, Andrew, Chandler and Megan Myers, Aaron, Andrea, and Julia Myers.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.

Services are private at the convenience of the family.
