Our fond memories are of both Betty and Bob Stauffer. We recall all the good times we had on Friday nights eating at the Englewood, Florida Elk's Club. We would go back to one of our places and play "Hand and Foot". We have been forever grateful that they had us tour their home at Foxwood Development. Bob had decided, at the age of 80, he was no longer going to drive almost 1200 miles anymore. So, he asked us if we wanted to rent their villa. We jumped at the chance. And yes, we were recipients of a boxed meal. They had already been boxed up before we ate our delicious meals. Another day of "no cooking" for us. Thanks for providing Jim and Bonnie Abshire with good memories.
