Tyler Heagy, 15, of Ephrata, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2018, at Wellspan Ephrata Community Hospital.

He was born in York to Gary Heagy and Michelle Graybill.

Tyler loved video games, wrestling, the beach and the Green Bay Packers.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Cody Graybill; maternal grandparents, Lester and Debbie Howe; paternal grandfather, Vernon Heagy; a great-grandmother, Joyce Wolf and a great-grandfather, Chester Ensinger.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018, from 6 to 8 pm, at Stradling Funeral Home, 201 Church Ave., Ephrata. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
