My Friend Millie

I spent a lot of time with Millie, she watch for my coming to work and always knew where i parked.  I'll watch as she would hug workers and smile and gab away, she was so happy, she was always there to help anyone who needed help, wheather it was the activity aide passing out music sheets or folding towells, using a little pair of scissors cutting off strands. When a resident came to me to thread a needle I would give it to Millie because i couldn"t do it, after my duties were done we would play cards, watch tv, she would help me tidy up my work area she was my helper delivering mail, she enjoyed talking  to the office workers and enjoyed taking walks with the activity aide .She would show me pictures of her family and at times I notice her looking at them and meditating on them. She showed me her red car that her daughter was holding for her.Llfe was good. With the permission of Tina I got her set up in the gym,boy was I surprise how strong she was, push ups, planks the thread mill then a cold drink of water afterwards. After supper she would fill up her water container and water her flowers, she told me about {SORRY} her dog companion who sat in the passenger seat while she drove the flower truck.
She wIll always be remembered !
 GOD BLESS YOU MILLIE!
